Tania gained her initial accounting experience working in the non-profit sector for five years. While serving full-time as the treasurer for a non-profit organization in New York State, she decided to return to school. She lived in New Jersey for the past three years, where at first she worked as an office manager for an architectural firm. However, she realized that she wanted to hone in on her accounting skills, thus she entered the tax arena, working as a staff accountant for a small CPA firm. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in June 2006. Now focused in tax accounting, she is set to be part of the team that deals with Canadian tax issues at our office.
Always curious to be exposed to different walks of life, Tania enjoys an array of hobbies. At the moment, her main activity during her free time is learning the Tibetan language.
